We’re off to see the wizard the wonderful wizard of fabric depot, wait what?

Road trip! Nine custom chairs check, one tired furniture maker who will lead us on a series of wacky misadventures check.

I arrived in portland around 1430 hours, the plan was simple converge on fabric depot for upholstery supplies, little did we know the enemy was waiting. Craft ladies with homemade bedazzled vests. Our supplies just happened to be at the back of the store. While weaving thru the fabric isles, I took it upon myself to try and liberate the men they had captured. I’m assuming they were captured, I didn't see one ounce of hope in their eye's. Alas all attempts failed, must have been brainwashed. 1630 hours the battle was fierce but we finally retrieved all our supplies, when your in the thick and the adrenaline's coursing through your veins time just slips by. To this day the I won’t set foot in a fabric store.

That was tough. With the staple gun locked and loaded, it was suddenly as the kids say “ON”. Wrapped with batting these cushions were one step closer to being finished. I was lucky to have a talented partner in crime cutting out the fabric. Lock and load, chakunk chakunk the staples were shooting so fast I had to make sure it didn't over heat.

Quiet a little too quiet. Maybe some bedazzling could jazz it up, nah.

A little more of the same and I can see the end in sight.

Time to slip on the last piece of the last chair, I don’t know who this handsome devil is. Here it is the moment you have all been waiting for (unless you scrolled to the bottom of the page, naughty naughty).

With supplies in hand it’s time to start. The seats are first on the list we need to cut that 2” foam STAT.
